Volunteers: share your story on social media, be eligible to win a Habitat backpack!

Have you volunteered with West Tuality Habitat for Humanity in the last 12 months? The headquarters of Habitat for Humanity wants to hear from you! Let’s celebrate the heart of Habitat — our volunteers — and elevate their voices!

From September through November, 2025, West Tuality Habitat volunteers, including volunteers in the ReStore, are invited to participate in Habitat for Humanity's social media giveaway. This is a nation-wide invitation to all Habitat affiliates, and the top five submissions each month will be sent a Habitat-branded backpack valued at $50 and may be featured on Habitat for Humanity International’s social media channels!

Volunteers can submit one of the following:

• A 60-second Instagram Reel or TikTok-style video.

• A set of two to eight images with captions.

• One photo or a 60-second video with a short reflection, up to 100 words.

Steps to enter

1. Post about their Habitat experience on social media and tag us on at least one platform:

• Instagram: @habitatforhumanity

• TikTok: @Habitat_org

• LinkedIn: @Habitat for Humanity International

• Facebook: @Habitat for Humanity

2. Complete this form after posting to tell us more about the volunteer and their story.

• Before and after: Share transformation shots of the build site or your team.

• One memory I’ll keep: Highlight a meaningful or funny moment.

• Meet the team: Introduce your crew in a fun and creative way.
